South Holland Stingrays

South Holland Stingray is the youth branch of Spalding Water Polo, coached by members of our senior team (Jack Carpenter, Adam Sellars, Steve Rogers). The club is a great way into the sport, offering competitive play in the Notts. under 16 league.

We have a mix of ages, mainly in the age bracket of 10-16. After this point it is usual to progress up to train with the senior side.

Training runs on a Thursday night, 9pm-10pm. Cost - £2.10

Fully coached and life guarded.
